Job Purpose
The Administration Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the restaurants administrative functions. This role is responsible for managing various administrative tasks, overseeing staff schedules, and supporting in day-to-day operations. The Administration Manager will maintain a high level of professionalism and help create a positive work environment for the team.
Responsibilities
● Ensure all employees show up to work on time and properly check in and check out.
● Ensure all employees adhere to the HR policy of the company.
● Ensure all licenses/permits for the business are up to date.
● Liaise with the facility management to ensure the business gets necessary approvals for events.
● Liaise with the facility management to ensure all employees are obeying the laws and are respectful of the building.
● Liaise with Human Resources Consultants to ensure staff welfare and that the company is compliant always.
Requirements Knowledge And Experience
● At least 5 years experience in human resources or law working in similar field.
● Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Swahili.
● Must be able to take initiative.
● Must pay attention to details.
● Must be self driven and willing to go above and beyond.
